Onder het BMCC zijn een 80-tal parkeerplaatsen voor gebruikers en bezoekers van het BMCC waarvan 7 voor andersvaliden en 6 voor elektrische wagens met laadpaal. De parking is betalend. Op het Beursplein is er een snellaadpaal.

Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre is the first exhibition, meeting, and congress centre to receive the “M+ label” from Visit Flanders, officially recognising it as highly accessible conference infrastructure.


Een meetinglocatie kan zich onderscheiden en certifiëren met het beschermde label toegankelijke meetinginfrastructuur.

Het label garandeert aan organisatoren van meetings en congressen dat het BMCC goed toegankelijk is voor iedereen. Het label bevat niet alleen criteria voor mensen die een rolstoel gebruiken, maar ook voor mensen met een auditieve of visuele beperking.

Bij het ontwerp heeft het bouwteam goed nagedacht over hoe bezoekers door het gebouw circuleren. Dat moet logisch en intuïtief zijn. Niet evident, want het gebouw heeft veel niveauverschillen. De ruimtes kunnen apart verhuurd worden, dus bezoekers met een beperking moeten ook elke afzonderlijke ruimte goed kunnen bereiken.

Van 28 tot 31 augustus 2025 is Ronse het kloppende hart van het WK G-wielrennen. 328 atleten uit 51 landen maken er een historisch sportfeest van.
