For the event, the organisation mapped out the full accessibility of the venue in advance. The venue strives for integral accessibility for all visitors — addressing not only physical access such as wheelchair-friendly circulation, lifts and adapted sanitary facilities, but also removing other barriers that could hinder participation. This includes provisions for visitors with sensory, cognitive or temporary impairments, ensuring that a broad and diverse audience can participate fully and comfortably. A complete overview of all accessibility provisions is publicly available on the Wintercircus website.

Sustainability added value: Proactively mapping and communicating accessibility before an event removes uncertainty and lowers the threshold for participation — enabling people with diverse support needs to attend with confidence. This approach directly contributes to SDG 10.2, which promotes the social, economic and political inclusion of all, regardless of ability.

“More information about these provisions is publicly available on the Wintercircus website, where you can find a complete overview of the accessibility facilities.” overview
