The technical installations of the Wintercircus are monitored and controlled in real time through a dedicated app-based interface. The system is designed to respond to the different phases of an event, from set-up and start to peak moments and shutdown, and is fully integrated with the building management system. This digital link allows the indoor climate and energy consumption to be fine-tuned to the actual occupancy and use of each space at every moment, instead of running on fixed, generic settings throughout the day.
Sustainability added value: Smart, real-time control of heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting avoids the substantial energy waste that comes with running technical installations at full capacity in spaces that are barely used.
