Energy consumption at the venue is continuously monitored and adjusted via a computer-controlled system, so that the building runs at maximum efficiency and minimum consumption at all times. The system also includes heat recovery from the extracted air, so the energy already used to bring fresh air to the right temperature is partly reused before being released outside.

Sustainability added value: Continuous monitoring and automatic adjustment cut energy waste by aligning consumption to actual use, instead of running installations on fixed settings. Combined with heat recovery from the extracted air, this directly lowers the venue’s energy demand and CO₂ emissions linked to heating, cooling, and ventilation.
