Public subsidies are reinvested in Meet & Recharge packages: meeting rooms and sports for members.
The Wintercircus channels the public subsidies it receives back into the community by offering ‘Meet & Recharge’ packages to members of the Wintercircus Collective. These packages bundle access to professional facilities such as meeting rooms with wellbeing-oriented services like sports and group fitness classes. Rather than being absorbed into general operating costs, the funding is deliberately turned into tangible, day-to-day support for the start-ups, entrepreneurs and creative professionals who make up the community.
Sustainability added value: Reinvesting subsidies in shared facilities widens access to professional infrastructure and active lifestyle support for members who would otherwise face higher individual costs. It strengthens both the productivity and the long-term wellbeing of the Collective, and makes public funding visibly serve an inclusive, healthy and resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem.
