Everything In-House: A One-Stop-Shop Venue Model
The venue operates as a one-stop-shop: furniture, decoration and technical infrastructure are all available in-house, drastically reducing the need for external suppliers and transport movements.
Because the venue owns its furniture and decoration, events can be set up without trucks bringing in tables, chairs or styling elements from elsewhere — and hauling them away again afterwards. The permanent on-site technical infrastructure (audiovisual equipment, rigging, power) means no additional installations have to be transported, built up and broken down for each event. For organisers, this translates into fewer suppliers to coordinate, shorter set-up times and a smaller logistical footprint per event.
This integrated model is a structural choice in the venue’s sustainability strategy: emissions are not compensated afterwards, but avoided at the source.
Sustainability added value: Every transport movement that never happens is the most sustainable one of all. By bundling furniture, decoration and technical infrastructure under one roof, the venue eliminates countless supplier journeys, reduces packaging and material waste from temporary installations, and cuts the hidden emissions of event logistics — making sustainability a built-in feature of every event hosted there, rather than an option organisers have to arrange themselves.
