Within the club operations of Wintercircus, awareness campaigns are organised around inappropriate and unwanted behaviour, with the aim of safeguarding a safe and respectful environment for all visitors. In addition, at large-scale events within Wintercircus a specialised team is deployed to respond preventively and adequately to any form of unwanted behaviour, so that visitors can always turn to a clearly identifiable point of contact.
Sustainability added value: Structural awareness work and on-site response capacity contribute to an inclusive environment, where diverse audiences, women, LGBTQIA+ visitors, people of colour, and young people, can take part in nightlife and events on equal footing.
