The BMCC team is working with Levl (Home – Levl) on a dedicated trajectory exploring how diversity and inclusion are experienced within the organisation, and identifying concrete steps to grow into an even more inclusive venue. Building on the foundation of its M+ accessibility label, the BMCC approaches this process with an open mindset — recognising that there is always room to learn, improve and do better.
Sustainability added value: Genuine inclusion requires ongoing reflection, not just policy. By actively engaging with an external partner to assess and develop its approach to diversity and inclusion, the BMCC demonstrates that social sustainability is a continuous journey — one it is committed to pursuing with honesty, ambition and a willingness to grow.
